What are the simulators?
From 10 December until 3 January we also have the Formula Simulator – built with an F1-based single seater chassis, the driving experience is representative of real life like no other simulator outside of the F1 industry.
Coming soon for the Christmas holidays, we also have 2 x GFQ racing simulators – the ultimate in custom build sims using the very latest and best technology.

When can I drive?
Whenever The Silverstone Experience museum is open – plus we also offer group and party bookings by appointment.
how much is it?
£19 for a session in the GFQ Simulator, which includes a minimum of 15 minutes driving.
£39 for a session in the Formula Simulator, which includes a minimum of 15 minutes driving.
All visitors to The Simulator Experience must also pay for admission to The Silverstone Experience museum, unless they hold an annual pass.

Do I have to book in advance of my visit to The Silverstone Experience?
Yes we recommend booking in advance – but if we have space you can book on the day.
No, you must also purchase a separate ticket for the exhibition.
There is no minimum age but the minimum height limit is 140 cm (so you can reach the pedals).
Approximately 40 minutes, with time for a driver briefing, set up, driving and debrief.

Yes, your party can watch you enjoy your session. They will require their own ticket to use the simulator as well as a separate ticket for the exhibition. Please note under COVID restrictions, a maximum of 3 guests can watch.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes (not open-toed).
Head to the ticket desk on arrival and our welcome team will check you in and you will be met by your race engineer.
Yes, subject to availability, additional charges apply.
Depending on your simulator timeslot, you can visit the exhibition before or after your simulator session.
Yes, you can take your own photos and videos with handheld camera and mobile devices for personal use. Please note, filming with the use of tripods and other specialist photographic equipment is not permitted.
