WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Parking is provided free of charge in our car park outside The Silverstone Experience. A number of blue disability parking bays are available close to the main entrance for the convenience of our eligible visitors. Please ensure that you bring your disabled parking badge on the day of your visit and display it in your window.
We welcome all registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and medical alert dogs into The Silverstone Experience. If you wish to bring an assistance dog with you for your visit, please ensure you have formal identification for the dog with you such as any relevant documentation or jacket. If your dog requires a water bowl, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to provide one. We do not allow other dogs or pets to enter the attraction and they cannot be left in vehicles for safety reasons.
To ensure you have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can visit at any one time. This means that you need to book into a time slot ahead of your visit. As spaces are limited, we strongly suggest you reserve tickets early for your preferred date and time.
We recommend you arrive ten minutes prior to the start of your time slot. Before entering the Exhibition you will have access to the café, Experience Shop and toilet facilities. Those arriving after their time slot cannot be guaranteed entry.
Please bring either your print at home tickets with you or download them from your confirmation email onto your smart phone for us to scan upon entry to the Exhibition.
Groups of 15 or more benefit from a group booking discount, a complimentary ticket for a bona-fide group leader (group leaders must be prepared to show the relevant ID to receive this benefit), complimentary entry for the coach driver and free parking in our dedicated car park.
Groups must book in advance to receive a group booking discount and your group will be required to arrive within the allotted time slot.
